At Ward-7, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. Our Online Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled.
Customer Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation of your order before the order has been processed or fulfillment has started.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ward-7.com and include your order number.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
Orders That Have Been Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If you no longer wish to keep an order after it has been shipped, you may be able to return or exchange the eligible product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and Exchange & Claims Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is accepted before the order is processed, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution
If only part of an order is cancelled, the refund will apply only to the cancelled item(s) and applicable taxes.
Orders Cancelled by Ward-7
Ward-7 reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order, where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances such as:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable.
- There is an error in product information or pricing.
- Payment cannot be verified or authorized.
- We identify suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- The shipping or billing information cannot be verified.
- We are unable to fulfill the order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Ward-7 cancels an order after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
